Over and Under Farms is a unique family owned and operated company located in Washington County, Salem, in upstate New York with several hundred acres of beautiful rolling meadow land, hardwoods, stone wall hedgerows, honeysuckle, and dogwood groves and more.
We are a small family breeder located on the NY/VT border in the small farming town of Salem, NY. We pride ourselves on breeding and raising healthy AKC Labrador Retrievers with sound temperament and excellent dispositions. Our colors include black, chocolate and yellow. Our puppies are handled and socialized with our own children early on, making the perfect companions and family dogs. We have a hundred acre farm dedicated to the overall well being and happiness of our dogs and puppies, with dedicated areas for training, exercise and enrichment.
